In this role, you will collaborate with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and clients to create high-quality, interactive eLearning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives.
- Design and develop engaging eLearning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure eLearning content is accessible, interactive, and responsive across various devices.
- Implement instructional strategies, including scenario-based learning, gamification, and microlearning.
