In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through their educational journeyfrom selecting the right university to assisting with visa applications. Your efforts will be instrumental in converting inquiries into enrollments, and you will play a key part in driving our growth by enhancing our reputation and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students in making informed decisions about studying abroad, helping them select the right university based on academic and career goals.
- Provide end-to-end support during the enrollment process, ensuring our services are the first choice for students interested in studying abroad.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by offering tailored guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Assist students in preparing the necessary documentation for university applications and visa processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions to enhance YES Germany's reputation and expand our market presence.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in student counseling, admissions counseling, or sales roles within the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- A solid understanding of the higher education system, especially in relation to studying abroad, particularly in Germany.
- Proficiency in working with students from diverse backgrounds, offering personalized guidance tailored to their needs.
