Working days : 4 days work from office and 1 day from home.

Mandator Skills:

Experience with DMS systems primarily Laserfiche ( Mandatory )

Experience of SharePoint online and Office 365 productivity solutions

SQL database.

Candidate should have 70% admin and 30% development experience.

Contract to Hire for 6 months

Salary Max : 1.5 Lakh per month

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage all systems admin processes, working closely with IT and partners

Manage, implement & communicate system changes per change cycle

Proactively search for process and system improvement opportunities

Creation, implementation and management of testing plans

Maintain and track service agreements, licenses and related items via a central repository

Development of system changes and oversight of 3rd party development work

Development of system integrations API, etc.

Essential skills :

Proven experience in a similar role

Experience with DMS systems primarily Laserfiche ( Mandatory )

Experience of SharePoint online and Office 365 productivity solutions

Good understanding of workflows

Analytical approach to problem solving

Technically minded and able to quickly learn new systems and processes

Solid understanding of data and database technology (SQL, etc.)

Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills

Desirable skills :

Experience of Salesforce

Experience of Power BI

Experience of Automation solutions such as Workflows, Power Automate, UiPath, etc.
