We are looking for an experienced EBS Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Order to Cash (Q2C) functionality to join our team. This role involves working with complex EBS modules and providing expert guidance on Q2C implementations.
- Responsibilities:
- Taxation Engines: Configure and implement taxation engines, handling calculations, registrations, identifiers, and compliance.
- Scoop Integration: Develop and integrate solutions for process management and automation.
- Invoicing & Auto-Invoicing: Implement invoicing solutions across various order scenarios (cancellations, partial cancellations) with automated invoicing and email solutions, including bounce-back management.
- Milestone Billing: Set up and manage milestone billing processes to ensure timely invoicing based on project milestones.
- Payment Options: Implement and support multiple payment options, including credit card and non-credit card lockbox capabilities.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Configure AR functions, focusing on multi-currency handling, including international currency conversions and reconciliations.
- Required Skills:
- Functional Expertise in Q2C: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Order to Cash flow cycle with a strong background in Account Receivables (AR), Order Management (OM), and Inventory modules.
- Oracle EBS R12 Experience: Extensive experience with EBS R12 implementations and configurations.
- Technical Customization: Strong experience with XML Publisher for report customization and a solid understanding of Form Personalization for Oracle modules.
- TCA Architecture: Proficient in TCA (Trading Community Architecture) with hands-on experience.
- Oracle APIs: In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle Standard APIs related to Receivables, Order Management, Inventory, and BOM modules.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in EBS Order to Cash (Q2C) implementations.
- Communication & Customer Handling Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical Knowledge: Extensive experience with Order Management, AR, and Inventory, including deep familiarity with XML Publisher and Form Personalisation
