Responsibilities
Primary skills:
. Strong F&A domain knowledge
. Functional SPOC with domain and tech expertise with focus in F&A
. Deep understanding of F&A tools and workflow solutions like BlackLine, Highradius, Coupa, Adaptive Insights etc.
. As a Solution expert - Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A (Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps, Automation, AI, Analytics and Next Gen tech levers etc.)
. Should have driven transformation projects across at least 2 F&A towers (Order to cash / Procure to Pay / Record to Report / Planning and Analysis) or Have strong F&A Solution Design expertise having worked on deals larger than 10 M TCV
Secondary skills:
. Very evolved Presentation, Documentation and Spreadsheet skills
. Stakeholder Management and having worked in a matrix organization
Job responsibilities:
. Lead Digital Solutions in RFP's/new client pursuits and articulate the Tech solution, approach, and methodology
. Perform Gap Analysis of F&A Practice Offerings and identify solution development opportunities
. Craft solutions for Proposals (RFI / RFP) comprising tech levers of Point Solutions, AI and Automation
. Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A Solutions, Technology, ERP gaps, AI, Automation etc.
. Drive Transformation across client engagements - Process Design, Business Requirements, Solution fitment

. Strong communication skills
. Self-motivated individual - willing to work in individual contributor roles
. Ability to work in ambiguous work environment
