Job Description

In depth knowledge of Windows Architecture/ Administration /Configuration on multiDomain Architecture for large enterprise, working experience in Windows Services majorly including multiForest Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Print Services, PKI, RDS Farm, Windows Cluster, Server Migrations, PowerShell scripts etc
Proven experience assessing clients workloads and technology landscape
Mentor team to build necessary competency Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders in client organization
Design creation/Update/Contribution, L3/L4 support, Documentation(HLD/LLD), Problem management (L3 support only), Project Run time cost creation, SOW update/amendments, Pre-sale/POC activities, Project Assessment, Capacity management, Vendor management
Participate in the Project Assessment Board and Initial scoping of Project, conduct technical assessment, Draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Service Enablement Guide (SEG), Participate in Kick-off meeting, Review and approve of implementation plans for project RFCs
Support/Challenge proposed architecture, Consult Customer regarding architectural changes, Driving Service, and Infrastructure Architectural improvements
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Required 12 years of exp in Windows administration
Primary Skill set Windows Architecture / Administration / Configuration on multi Domain Architecture for large enterprise
Secondary Skills Working Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DFS, WSUS and PKI
Windows OS performance related issues, Data Centre migration, Virtualization environment, etc
Patching Management using WSUS, SCCM and third-party applicationsShould know hardware type (Rack Servers, Blade Server, Blade Chassis from different OEM, HPE Overview, firmware upgrade)Knowledge of working in SLA based environment
