Job Description

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities: (List at least 5 specific job tasks / deliverables to perform to a desired performance level)

  • Installation of the Documaker product based on chosen technical architecture at client.
  • Design Documaker configurations and end-to-end process flow to address client specific requirements.
  • Liaise with the BA (Business Analyst) / Functional Consultant Lead / Technical Analyst to configure Documaker as per client functional and non functional requirements.
  • Liaise with technical teams to review system design and implement feedback.
  • Design, Develop & Implement Documaker integration with other systems
  • Integrating Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition with down stream systems (content management system, print vendors, document storage system, Digital portals)
  • Support client System Integration Test and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Designsupport CICD process flows for Documaker artifacts
  • Liaise with Oracle support team for the support issues facing during and after the implementation
  • Adopt and contribute to organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the Insurance Consulting Services delivery organization

Pre-Requisites

  • IT Experience of 7+ years with minimum 5 years on Documaker forms development
  • Strong experience in the implementation and configuration of Documaker docfactory processing.
  • Indepth Product Knowledge on Documaker Studio, ODEE (12.0 and Above versions).
  • Experience in integrating Documaker with a content management system (Preferably Oracle WebCenter Content)
  • Mature, self-starting, self-motivating and capable of making decisions independently
  • Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a client's IT (Information Technology) processes and strategies.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Must be able to clearly articulate Documaker functionality and requirements to both clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Understanding of standard n tier systems architecture systems processes and principles

Experience

(List at least 5 specific primary / secondary job tasks / deliverables accomplished till date)

  • Experienced in the implementation of Documaker application.
  • Hands on experience on DAL Scripting, XML and XSD creation. Ability to read and edit XML and properties files
  • Experience with UNIX (Solaris, Linux, AIX) operating systems and associated hardware platforms and peripherals. Ability to read and edit UNIX shell script files
  • Working knowledge of Oracle database and Oracle Fusion Middleware suite (WebLogic, SOA, JMS Queues)
  • Designing Documaker for an enterprise system for high availability and scalability
  • Programming work experience in PL/SQL
  • Experience in implementing technology solutions in end-end Content generation & storage scenarios

Primary Skills (mandatory)

  • Mature, self-starting, self-motivating, result oriented and capable of making decisions independently
  • Collaborate and work independently in multi partner teams
  • Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a client's IT (Information Technology) processes and strategies.
  • Strong Working Knowledge on Documaker Studio, ODEE (12.0 and Above versions preferred).
  • The ability to articulate and influence key stakeholders/decision makers
  • Ability to deliver high-quality projects on time & within scope
  • Ability to self-start, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Able to instigate creative ideas within team for improvised delivery

Secondary skills / knowledge (desirable)

  • Understanding of Configuration and operation of Web application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat)
  • Understanding of dimensionality and normality database concepts
  • Understanding of system security principles, specifically around user authorization and authentication methods and technologies
  • Understanding of LDAP and SSO
  • Ability to accurately estimate work effort and adopt work to appropriate delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Working in cloud deployments and implementations

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Hands-on cloud development experience.
  • Experience in building and delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products.

Special needs (egs. Travel frequency, working in shift, certifications, specific organizations worked in, etc)

  • Graduate degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering
  • Insurance domain experience preferred
  • Travel up to 25%
