Job Description

As the Senior Director for Global Commercial Sales, the candidate will be responsible for driving the inside sales and field sales teams globally and will be at the helm of driving sales growth and expanding the market presence across geographies. Leading a dynamic team, you will spearhead strategic sales initiatives tailored to the unique needs of medium-sized businesses in global markets. Your primary focus will be on crafting and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 18+ years of demonstrated success in software sales, particularly in the Commercial
    segment globally.
  • Experience leading teams of 50 or more span across geographies, with a focus on driving results through effective coaching and development.
  • Previous experience leading teams in North America/ EMEA in an MNC setup is good to have.
  • Open to Bangalore or Chennai as a location.
  • Proven track record of strategically growing businesses and consistently surpassing sales quotas, at a global scale.
  • Proficiency in articulating a clear vision and setting strategic goals for the commercial sales business, aligning with overall company objectives.
