Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the responsibilities of multiple client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholder.
- Drive a governance based cadences directly with Client Leadership for strategy, direction, progress and decisions that would enable business success.
- On an ongoing basis, understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and build long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Closely entrenched in the internal delivery process and outcomes. Actively participate in delivery meetings (internal and client team) to have a complete knowledge of deliverables, challenges, communication, risks, and mitigation plan.
- Drive and provide Client-perspective inputs to your delivery teams in supporting/challenging/enabling our delivery teams. Continuously keep the team abreast of changes/expectations that impact our delivery team.
- Bridge technical inputs/best practices/industry knowledge for our teams when required.
- Constantly be on the lookout out for possible escalations by engaging with stakeholders early-on and understanding their business commitments.
- Risk Action Plan (RAP): Continuously monitor the joint actions to address incidents. Provide frequent communication to every relevant group of stakeholders.
- Post-Mortem Analysis (PMA): Ensure the approaches are well embedded in the ways of working for future.
- Drive insights-based reporting to all key stakeholders. Define the cadence and type of data, reports, insights needed for various groups.
- Drive the growth of the Key Accounts through the effective practice management approaches (finance/billing, integrating to our BSC, people management, locations, KM and more).
- Drive the org structure of your delivery teams, in conjunction with client's org structure planning and the rest of the BU to plan out reporting, trainings, skill-readiness, hiring.
- Accountable for budget planning, utilization, timesheet/invoicing accuracy in compliance with the business unit. Drive client compliances.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Background in software development, engineering or another technical field.
- Knowledge of product and software development methods.
- Knowledge of media industry segment is a must. Knowledge of technologies in the industry segment is a must.
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Thorough understanding of Agile processes.
- Knowledgeable in technology. Previous experience of working with web products (.NET web products and AWS services is a strong plus).
- Highly detail-oriented and someone who loves creating and implementing Agile processes.
- At least 10 - 12 years of experience in a software development related role.
- Ability to work in an agile manner in a rapidly changing requirement environment.
- Experience in managing third-party partnerships and driving success.
- Excellent negotiation skills, written and verbal communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background.
- Organized: Must be able to manage deadlines and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Detail-oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail is very important in this position.
- Analytical, evaluative, and likes to solve problems
- Strong mediation and negotiation skills.
- Working experience with European/USA clients.
