We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability across our company. Your expertise will shape our digital presence and enhance our brand's reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create digital marketing strategies by analyzing economic indicators, supply and demand changes, and competition. Identify customer needs and future trends.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage all web, SEO/SEM, database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Social Media Presence:
Design, build, and maintain a strong and engaging social media presence.Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against ROI and KPIs.
- Insight Optimization: Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance. Develop creative growth strategies via innovative digital marketing techniques.
Testing and Analysis:
Plan and conduct experiments and conversion tests to improve user experience and optimize conversion points.Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experience through strategic design.Team Leadership: Oversee the digital marketing department by recruiting, selecting, and training staff. Encourage team effectiveness and professional development through mentorship and educational opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a record of successful strategies in similar industries.
Expertise in managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing.Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Proficiency in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
