Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Goa

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve goals

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement

• Manage online campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM) to drive traffic and generate leads

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
n
• Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI

• Innovate and experiment with new digital marketing techniques and technologies

• Ensure the digital marketing team's compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and team leadership

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Previous experience managing a team and leading digital marketing projects
