Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven GA4 & PPC Expert / Digital Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels at utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Merchant Center, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies to drive performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both the company and its clients with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for internal and client projects.
- Develop audience segmentation, targeting, and multi-channel marketing approaches to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Continuously identify new trends, tools, and opportunities to refine and improve strategies.
GA4 Expertise:
- Implement, configure, and manage GA4 for in-depth data analysis and reporting.
- Analyze traffic trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Set up custom reports, dashboards, and tracking for better decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights based on GA4 data to enhance digital marketing strategies.
Google Merchant Center Management:
- Oversee the setup, optimization, and management of Google Merchant Center accounts.
- Ensure product data feeds are optimized for performance and compliant with Google's guidelines.
- Monitor feed health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product visibility across Google Shopping.
PPC Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and split testing for optimal performance.
- Implement effective remarketing strategies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Hands-On Knowledge of Data Analytics Tools & Reporting Tools:
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, SEMRUSH) for advanced data visualization and reporting.
- Implement advanced tracking setups using Google Tag Manager and SEMRUSH, other tools for precise measurement and attribution.
- Leverage data analytics to extract actionable insights and optimize campaigns across digital channels.
- Use automation and machine learning tools (if applicable) to improve efficiency and enhance decision-making.
- Knowledge of Google Keyword Planner/ Spy Fu / SEMrush Keyword research tools.
- Create landing pages for capturing leads or goal conversion.
- Knowledge of A/B, Multivariate, and split testing to increase the ROI of PPC Campaigns and identify relevant and strong keyword searches to optimize campaign success.
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Create targeted campaigns, including writing required copy and testing landing pages.
- Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to create copy and other creative content.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics and market related insights.
- Analyze, monitor and report on ROI for all PPC campaigns.
- Analyze, monitor and report on competitors PPC campaigns including keywords being targeted.
- Manage and monitor spend to ensure it is in line with the assigned budget.
- Keep up to date with market and technology-related developments.
Requirement
- 8+ years relevant experience in PPC Advertising.
- Expert-level experience inPay Per Click, social media, and display advertising campaigns, Discovery & Performance Max Campaigns.
- Must possess experience in high-quality lead generation within the U.S. market for the B2B services industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of remarketing campaigns.
- Expert-level knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics / SEMrush).
- Expertise in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook & LinkedIn campaigns.
- Certification (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads), if any, will be an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelors in relevant field.
- MBA preferred.
