We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance and manage our infrastructure, focusing on reliability, automation, and performance. This Pune-based role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth product delivery and high system availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and streamline release processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and work to improve site reliability.
- Apply best practices in infrastructure security, monitoring, and logging.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize workflows and maintain high availability.
- Document processes, contribute to knowledge sharing, and mentor team members in DevOps practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle critical incidents.
