Our department is delivering build (projects) and run (support) services for the main DHL website www.dhl.com. To enhance a functionality of the existing platform we have set up new development team for delivering microservices for the platform. The team consist of 6 members based in Czech Republic and India.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and management of our Azure cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in Jenkins pipelines, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes will be instrumental in driving our DevOps practices and in designing required setup for newly build microservices.
Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a deep focus on Azure cloud infrastructure.
Expertise in creating and managing Jenkins pipelines (declarative) or GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code approaches.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and best practices.
Proficiency in Docker for containerization.
Understand load balancing, TLS, DNS, and networking protocols.
The ability to configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters. (i.e. experience with Helm charts for Kubernetes applications)
Experience with Experience with Java, Python, Bash, Terraform is a plus.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
