We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure optimization, networking, scripting, automation, database administration, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in DevOps practices, with a focus on continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud services, particularly Azure while leading a team.
Responsibilities:
- Azure Cloud Management: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Analyse and optimize infrastructure performance and costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Networking: Design, implement, and manage network configurations to support cloud
- Security Implementation: Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Architecture & Roadmap: Build scalable architecture for new products
- Database Capabilities: Administer and optimize databases to ensure high performance and availability, including backups, replication, and failover strategies.
- Kubernetes Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions,
- Privileged Access Management (PAM): Implement and manage PAM solutions, with a strong focus on securing, managing, and monitoring privileged access to critical systems.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools to manage infrastructure as code, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Automation and Scripting: Create and maintain scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless and reliable application delivery.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate integration and deployment processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and automation scripts.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a DevOps role with a strong emphasis on scripting, automation, cloud infrastructure, networking, database administration, Kubernetes, and PAM.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar certifications.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools.
- Security Best Practices: Understanding of security best practices and tools.
