Fin-Tech Solutions is recruiting Senior Developers/ Tech Leads
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. 5- 8 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
3. Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and cloud-based computing (any cloud platform).
4. Proven track record of managing and delivering software lifecycle projects, with a minimum of three projects completed.
5. Solid understanding of API development, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
6. Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is a plus.
7. Prior experience in designing Financial service applications is highly desired.
