Job Description: Kantar Worldpanel is looking for a skilled Senior Developer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The candidate will play a critical role in developing and maintaining high-performance software applications using C#, ASP.net, and MVC frameworks, with a strong focus on Azure Cloud databases. The Senior Developer will collaborate closely with the product management team (GPM) to ensure that projects meet business objectives and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on the Microsoft .NET stack.
  • Architect, design, and develop end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft .NET stack, including ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework.
  • Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems.
  • Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React.
  • Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Experience with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
  • Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in .NET technologies, cloud computing, and software engineering practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in coding standards, development processes, and team collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.net, MVC.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud databases.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, API, and GraphQL development.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Angular for front-end development.
  • Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
