Position: Senior Java Developer
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Education: BE / B. Tech / MCA
Job Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan (onsite)
Roles And Responsibilities
The sought-after candidate will leverage their industry knowledge to undertake various development tasks including coding, app development, and web development. They will be responsible for overseeing projects and are expected to specialize in a specific area of development or coding language.
- Software Development: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications, often in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Design and Architecture: Participate in design and architectural discussions for software projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Code Review: Review code written by other team members to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Technical Skills
- Core Java: Object-oriented programming concepts
- Familiarity with design patterns
- Unit testing (JUnit)
- MS SQL query optimization
- Knowledge of Rule Engines such as JRule/DROOLS (a major advantage)
- Expert level knowledge of Java/.Net programming
- Java Frameworks: Proficiency in popular Java frameworks like spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java EE.
Soft Skills
- Teamwork and collaboration with internal/external teams
- Effective communication skills (listening, expressing, writing)
- Excellent team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and technical support skills

Salary Range: Up to 9 Lacs max (Hike on the current salary)
