Cultural Immersion & Brand Vision
- Be a cultural insider: Immerse in South Indian culture & the experience of wearing a mookuthi - to draw inspiration that will inform the brand experiences we create.
- Imbibe the Mookuthi purpose: Dive deep into Mookuthis brand language and ethos, developed over the years in response to customer sentiments, to imbibe and then amplify it.
- Always listen: Be tuned into customer conversations at public events, roadshows, and online, maintaining a deep understanding of the brand's values.
Brand Communication Material
- Be a brand guardian: Ensure consistency of brand purpose & aesthetic across all online touchpoints (website, social media, ad-space).
- Create narratives: Develop storytelling strategies for all communication material that resonate with Mookuthis target audience.
- Be hands-on: Lead the creative process by creating visual content, including shooting ad-hoc mood images and product visuals when needed.
- Curate your collaborations: Identify and work with creative collaborators (photographers, videographers, designers, writers). Support & guide them through the process to bring the brand alive for our consumers.
- Set the creative briefs: Work closely with the founder to develop and refine creative briefs for collaborators, ensuring they align with the brand's goals.
Brand Experience Design
- Create evocative sensory experiences/Tell stories through space: Design and curate the brand experience for Mookuthis roadshow and future changes to the physical store, including material selection and the overall customer experience.
- Make them come to life: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that both pop-up and store experiences are aligned with the brands creative vision.
Project Management
- Take ownership of execution: Manage the creative production process, coordinating with external collaborators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluate with an eye for detail: the work of collaborators to ensure it meets the brands guidelines, providing feedback and ensuring quality.
- Build and manage relationships: with external collaborators, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the brands creative goals.
- Be independent: Take ownership of the execution, driving projects forward without requiring further management.
