In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting visually stunning and high-performing assets that elevate our brand communications, drive e-commerce success, and enhance performance content across various digital platforms.
On any given day you might:
- Design high-quality visual assets for brand communications, performance content, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are both engaging and effective.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine design elements that meet project needs and standards.
- Apply generative AI techniques and tools to develop innovative creative assets and enhance design processes across digital platforms.
- Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines while adapting to different platforms and formats as required.
- Implement best practices in e-commerce design to optimize user experience and drive conversions. Stay informed on current e-commerce trends and integrate them into your work.
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to produce assets that support campaign goals and enhance online performance.
- Continuously monitor design trends and industry innovations to keep our creative output fresh and impactful.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
The Ideal Person
- bachelors/ masters degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role with a focus on digital and e-commerce assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and Proficiency in generative
- AI tools and techniques for creative asset development across digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work within brand guidelines and adapt designs for various platforms
- Strong understanding of e-commerce design best practices and trends
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to create assets that drive conversions
- Stay updated on design and e-commerce trends to continuously improve and innovate
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- A passion for staying at the forefront of design trends and incorporating new techniques into your work.
You Bring
- masters / Bachelors degree in in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5+ Years of experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or similar creative environment
