Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Design Architect to join our Bengaluru team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Revit. The Design Architect will play a crucial role in pioneering creative architectural solutions, enhancing project designs, and delivering innovative construction solutions in line with Brick & Bolt's commitment to quality and transparency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's in Architecture.
- Proven experience in design and architectural roles in the construction industry.
- Technical proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (Mandatory skill).
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to develop creative and innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards to ensure compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in design execution and project coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints that align with client specifications and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are met.
