Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Delphi Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Delphi, specifically in the latest versions, and a strong understanding of software development best practices. This role will be critical in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the high standards of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality Delphi applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and UX, to define and deliver features.
- Optimize and enhance existing codebases for performance and maintainability.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document code and participate in code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Delphi and apply them to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience working with Delphi, particularly the latest versions.
Skills
- N-Tier Architecture
- Migration from Delphi older versions to new (7 to any later version will help)
- experience on creating the MDA applications in latest versions of Delphi
- SQL Server or any other RDBMS
- REST APIs
- Reporting Tools (Report Builder, Fast Reports) or any other reporting tool
- Familiarity with Angular, HTML, and CSS is preferred but not mandatory
