What You'll Achieve:

As a senior database Developer, you will be a key member of the Database Group responsible enhanced reporting capability of the product with BI Reports and overall database support with concentration in back-end programming. The PL/SQL Developer will be responsible to properly maintain source code sets and necessary technical documentation for design and delivery of reports, and overall database maintenance.

You will:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Oracle PLSQL code for enterprise-level applications and databases.
• Architect and implement scalable database solutions to meet business requirements and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define database architecture, design data models, and implement database solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and database tuning to improve system performance and reliability.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and database security policies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in database technologies, tools, and processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including database designs, data dictionaries, and code documentation.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development in a senior or lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, features, and functionality (11g/12c/19c).
• Expertise in database design, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming, stored procedures, triggers, and packages.
• Experience with database tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements:

• Certification in Oracle Database or PL/SQL isgood to have.
• Knowledge of other databases likePostgreSQL, SQLServer etc..
• Knowledge of application and database handshaking in various functional senior.
