Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring best practices for reproducible research and well-managed software delivery.

- Collaborate in a cross-functional team, sharing information, valuing diverse ideas, and partnering effectively with global colleagues.

- Translate complex business problems into projects with clearly defined scope, delivering timely and high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

- Foster innovative ideas to address real-world challenges.

- Communicate proactively, sharing work effectively, and presenting ideas compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Lead AI adoption initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in information retrieval or text summarization, with a background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with code review, unit testing, and managing a large codebase.

- Experience with AWS.

- Demonstrated experience in machine learning/artificial intelligence, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to define problems effectively.

- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to design and conduct experiments efficiently to address empirical questions.

- Fluent communication skills in English.
