What will you do
- Liaise with clients to fully understand data content and context.
- Develop NLP-based Voice of Customer systems for clients.
- Analyse datasets, explore various SoTA models, draw inferences, and present them
successfully to clients.
You should apply if you have
- 3+ years of data science experience
- Experience with NLP models such as Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling,
Machine Translation, or Speech Analytics
- Excellent Python skills, including experience with NLP Libraries (e.g., spaCy, HuggingFace
Transformers)
- Proficiency in analysing extensive datasets to extract valuable insights and enhance
decision-making.
- Proficiency in data blending for consolidating data from various sources, preferably in Azure
/ Microsoft tech stack
- Desirable: Previous experience analysing consumer care data
- Ability to work independently once given a direction
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with business professionals and
stakeholders
