Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with extensive experience in Predictive Analytics and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have around 10+ years of experience and a strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modelling, and deep learning. In this role, you will design and implement AI models that drive data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions across various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast trends, behaviours, and outcomes.
  • Generative AI Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) to create synthetic data, text, images, or other content based on project requirements.
  • AI Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, including state-of-the-art generative and predictive modeling techniques, to continuously innovate and improve existing systems.
  • End-to-End Projects: Work on end-to-end AI/ML projects from data collection, processing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation to production deployment.
  • Model Evaluation: Ensure model accuracy and robustness by performing rigorous testing and fine-tuning using advanced validation techniques and continuous monitoring.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and data engineers within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI.
  • Strong expertise in predictive modelling techniques such as regression analysis, time series forecasting, classification, and clustering.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, etc.) and experience in generating synthetic data, images, or text.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Experience with deep learning architectures like CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and attention-based models.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS or Google Cloud) for scaling AI models and deploying solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or similar domains is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) or similar cutting-edge AI technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
