What you will do
- Working backend data engineering backlog requests, bug fixes, and case support for the CRM Analytics team (Sales Business Case).
- OKRs Impacted Reducing SLAs for handling support requests, investigating bugs, and delivering on data source enhancements requests for the business.
- Analyzing SLA impacted areas, and approach to reduce SLA's for handling support requests, investigating bugs and delivering on data source enhancements requests for the business.
- Daily intake of bugs, backlog requests worked through in 2 week sprints.
Must haves
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- 5+ years of development experience in Python.
- 3+ years of development experience in Snowflake
- 3+ years of development experience in AWS
- 3+ years of development experience in SQL
- Working time: 7:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST
Nice to haves
- Salesforce CRM Analytics.
