- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- 3- 5 years working in an IT environment (Preferably on Digital or DWH/ETL applications)
- 3+ years database design/development experience in MS SQL Server or similar DBs with query
tuning and optimization
- Strong experience with MS Azure, MS SQL Server (T-SQL Development), SSIS, Azure Data
- Experience in ETL, DW/BI, modeling, and manipulating data using Microsoft Access, SQL,
Factory, AZURE blob storage
- Strong Transact SQL skills, optimize the SQL query and know when and when not to use linked servers, cursors, common table expressions, and how to document a stored procedure.
Tableau or similar tools
- Knowledge of MDM (Master data management) foundational concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow effective communication with all
levels of the organization
- Experience working in a heterogeneous technology environment
- Ability to participate in high level architecture design as well as hands-on development
- Exposure to web applications, web portal, Azure Webjobs and EBX is added advantage
- Agile working Practical experience of working effectively in an iterative/Agile development
- Be highly analytical able to problem solve, absorb large amounts of detail and to see the big picture.
- Be able to manage conflicting ideas and demands to provide clarity.
- Be self-motivated and self-starting able to work with little supervision and able to pick up new or unfamiliar concepts quickly. Be confident and demonstrate good judgement. Be able to work in a demanding development environment.
