Role Description
This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a Senior Data Architect. The Senior Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing complex data solutions, overseeing the data architecture to ensure it aligns with business objectives, and leading data management and governance initiatives. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and Hadoop
- Demonstrated expertise in data warehousing and data integration
- 4+ years experience is Azure data engineering tools (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) are a plus
