What you'll do:
1. Data Pipeline Setup: Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect and process data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data collection and integration processes.
2. Experimentation Management: Take ownership of running and managing experiments on our experimentation platform. This includes coordinating experiment setup, monitoring experiment progress, and providing support to stakeholders throughout the experimentation lifecycle.
3. Collaboration with Engineering and Analyst Teams: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of the experimentation platform with existing systems and tools. Work closely with analysts to understand their data requirements and provide them with the necessary resources to analyze experiment results effectively.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze experiment results and provide insights to stakeholders, including engineering teams, product managers, and analysts. Produce comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate experiment outcomes and recommendations for future iterations.
5. Platform Optimization: Continuously improve the functionality and efficiency of our experimentation platform. Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and work with engineering teams to implement enhancements that streamline the experimentation process.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (eg, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in setting up data pipelines and working with large datasets
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
