We are looking for a Payment Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Gather and analyze business requirements for payment systems.
Identify and implement process improvements. Lead and manage payment-related projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Create detailed documentation and reports.
Conduct testing and validation of payment solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Swift Programming Language, Payments Fundamentals. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in the payments industry. Knowledge of payment systems and technologies.
Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
