Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and driving data-driven decisions to support business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, advanced technical skills, and a proven track record of delivering valuable insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate on data quality conditions and monitoring with domain business subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis projects from start to finish, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Utilize advanced statistical and data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights and trends from large datasets.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to support business forecasting, optimization, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data needs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Design and create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings and trends effectively to stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis, identify patterns, and propose solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sources.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Evaluate needs and opportunities for Automation and transform ideas into implemented solutions.
- Support and maintain existing Python scripts and develop new scripts for automation of repetitive tasks and workflows.
- Close collaboration with various business stakeholders for fulfilling the reporting and analytical needs.
