We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in building customer-facing dashboards for our B2B SaaS product. This role requires an analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail, a strong command of SQL, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their analytics requirements.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing dashboards with data visualization tools
Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions
Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data in dashboards and reports
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization
Optimize dashboard performance for a smooth user experience
Maintain clear documentation of data models, processes, and dashboard functionalities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL with a proven track record of writing and optimizing complex queries
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with stakeholders
Meticulous approach to data quality and validation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
