We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Consultant to join our growing digital advisory team. In this role, you will leverage your scientific and sustainability expertise alongside strong technical skills to develop high-quality, innovative solutions for a more sustainable future. You will bridge the gap between science and technology, translating complex sustainability challenges into actionable digital solutions using the Microsoft platform and low-code development tools.
Role accountabilities:
- 8-10 years of experience in sustainability consulting, environmental science, or a related field.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Science, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven sustainability solutions.
- Experience with project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Waterfall) and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong technical skills and experience with the Microsoft platform and low-code development tools (eg, Power Apps, Azure).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (eg, Excel, Power BI) and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent understanding of sustainability principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mind.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (eg, Azure) a plus
- Experience leading and managing technical teams is a plus
