Key Responsibilities
- Working with Analytics internal teams and business partners to define and document business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into Solutions
- Use data and statistics to identify actionable business insights.
- Work in a collaborative team environment to identify, refine, and develop solutions.
- Develop Predictive models to support targeted business objectives.
- Development and execution of reports for program tracking, model validation, and other information-based solutions support utilizing modern visualization tools
- Engage Business counterparts to ensure solutions are appropriate as per business requirement and level of readiness and are implemented appropriately.
- Coordinate and prioritize business needs in a matrix management environment.
- Document results in a clear and consistent manner for internal and external teams.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree (BE/ BTECH) or masters in computer/quantitative Field from a reputed institute
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong Python programming and data manipulation skills
- Strong quantitative / analytical / programming and problem-solving skills
- Working understanding of AWS/warehouse setups and use of associated tools like Sagemaker/Dataiku/ other No-Low code tools with willingness to further enhance skills on AWS Athena, Dataiku, Sage maker etc.
- Strong understanding of BI Dashboard development and maintenance utilizing Power BI
- In depth understanding of clustering and segmentation concepts - both supervised and unsupervised
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power point and Word
- Strong and consistent academic performance
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment on multiple projects and drive results through direct and in-direct influence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on understanding of ML and Deep Learning algorithms, NLP and recommendation system
