Senior Cyber Defence Analyst in our upcoming office in Bangalore, India

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced security investigations into complex incidents involving APT and other sophisticated attacks.
• Perform threat hunting to identify potential threats.
• Develop and execute incident response plans.
• Create IR playbooks for different IR scenarios.
• Analyse threat intelligence reports and identify potential risks.
• Provide technical guidance to L1 analysts.
• DFIR and Malware analysis (Static and Dynamic Analysis)
• Proficiency in analyzing logs from Cloud environment (Azure), on-prem environment (Windows/Linux) and security controls ( WAF, Proxy, XDR, DLP, SIEM, MDM, Office365, IDS/IPS, NDR etc)

Skills & Competencies

• MS defender, MS Sentinel, Intune MDM, Office365 etc.
• n-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, NIST CSF).
• Ability to analyze threat intelligence reports.
• Proficiency in using security monitoring tools and forensic techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft Sentinel will be preferred
• Exposure to scripting and automation will be preferred
• Preferred toolset : Cloudflare, Darktrace, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, DLP (Trellix Skyhigh

Experience Requirements

• Certifications: Any of the following certifications will be preferred GIAC GCIH, GCFA, GREM, CEH
