Job Description

Handling inbound or outbound calls and / or email
  • ls
  • Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT.
  • Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.
  • Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.
  • Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers
  • Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.

English AND Hindi Fluent mandate

  • 00 - 35,000.00 per month
