We are looking for a Process Associate and team player who has the ability to carry out multitask on the property management project.. He / She will be responsible to coordinate with the local team as well as team members located in the UK for a property management client. Senior prospective candidate may expect Team leading position depending upon his / her 1st yearly review.
Responsibilities and Duties
Important Terms : (TT = Tanents / LL = Landlords)
- Work with a UK-based client (Property Management) lettings and commercial department along with the team in India
- Dealing with properties (both residential and commercial) maintenance enquirers via call/emails, CRM Tickets and property inspections.
- Carry out Virtual Property Inspections and prepare inspections reports and submit to Landlords. Also follow-up maintenance issues observed during the virtual inspections.
- Placing calls to Landlords and Tenants registered on the CRM and verifying them to make their profile complete on the CRM for the TT and LL.
- Motivate Tenants and Landlords to keep their profile up to date and upload the properties they have to rent them out
- Liaise with landlords/engineers/contractors and tenants daily basis
- Manage and keep up to date with UK legal legislation when required (Training will be provided)
- Deal with rental residential / commercial properties inquiries dealing setting appointments etc. on CRM
- Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints of customers TT & LL
- Highly organized and able to prioritize workload
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, etc.
- Co-ordinate carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements on CRM
- Place credit control calls and chase vendor invoices relating to property management.
- He / she may work as buffer staff on the project for first few months to train him/ her for 360 degree processes across the project and then will be placed on the vacancy on the project. He / She should be ready to work dynamically.
- He / she should learn 360 degree processes within the project.
- He / she will have a chance to lead the team in near future as Team Leader looking to performance of the candidate
What is must
The candidate must have experience working withInternational voice processeither for UK , USA ,Canada or Australia. He / she should be ready to learn quickly all processes 360 degree on the project. Freshers with excellent communications can also try.
