Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Associate at Troovy's location in Gurugram. The Senior Customer Service Associate will provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, flowing customer concerns into the company's strategy, and maintaining high customer service and experience.

• Knowledge of food products and ingredients is a plus
