Job Description

ARCHITECT / CIVIL ENGINEER / MBA / REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND PREFERRED

Experience: 5+ YEARS

Location: Navi Mumbai, India (In-office position)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs and objectives.
  2. Act as an advocate for clients within the company, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments and resolve any issues or concerns.
  3. Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  4. Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty metrics, taking action to address any areas of dissatisfaction and ensure high levels of customer retention.
  5. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales activities.
  6. Develop and implement account management plans and strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships, satisfaction levels, and revenue forecasts.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer relationship management.
  9. Mentor and coach junior members of the customer relationship management team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designer, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in customer relationship management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer management tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.

CTC: 5-7LPA +INCENTIVES

Note: Compensation (CTC) is subject to experience and qualifications.
