What You'll Do
- Manage candidates through the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to the offer
- Support and evolve a high touch and best in class candidate experience
- Establish yourself as an expert recruiting consultant across the Engineering organization with leaders through effective influencing and decision-making
- Encourage, motivate, and guide broader Recruiting Team in learning and improving effectiveness
- Develop a talent pipeline in partnership with the broader Recruiting Team through a variety of programs and initiatives that enable NAVEX to be recognized as a Best Place to Work
- Lean on your deep network and sourcing talent to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of outstanding technical professionals eager to join our NAVEX team
- Update and maintain our applicant tracking system with real time information
- Track recruiting metrics and analyse data to determine hiring goals, impediments, and solutions
What You'll Need
- 6+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting and candidate experience, including experience as a technical recruiter
- Experience with ATS, Workday preferred
- Drive to proactively source and attract talented technical professionals through your strong networking and market intelligence skills
- Ability to establish rapport and trust with candidates when conducting and coordinating interviews
- Experience managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision making, resilience, and stewardship
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, and instills trust
