Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage all aspects of social media content production, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all social media channels.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
