About the role:

We're looking for a Creative Lead (Copy & Social) to join Futurense and help shape the future of tech talent! From strategy to scroll-stopping copy, you'll be building our brand alongside a brilliant Visual Lead and a team of creative minds.

About You:

- Agency + brand background with 3 years experience. (If you're great at what you do, we'd love to see your work anyway!)

- A portfolio with smart, compelling writing and headlines that shine.

- Social media experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Excellent Communication and Writing skills

- Proficiency in Marketing strategies

- Experience in Proofreading and Editing content

- Ability to create compelling ad copies, newsletters, website content, etc

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques

- Previous experience in tech or AI-related industries is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Location: Full-time, on-site in Bangalore.
