- 6+ yrs of experience in Copywriting.
- Mainline & Digital experience is preferred
- Mustve worked in a big agency at least once during their career
- Need to have worked on video scripts
- Good with ideation
- Must've managed a group of junior copywriters
- Mustve been a part of award-winning campaigns
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUISITE
- Microsoft Office must; others added value
- Some familiarity with US English/usage as well as Hindi
- Comprehensive knowledge of Social & Digital Media, Online Marketing, Publishing platforms and abreast with the latest industry trends, models, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc.
- Dynamic written communication, presentation and oration skills; strong hold on language
- Innate balanced analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Strong understanding of the changing role of digital media in brand development
- Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows
BEHAVIOURAL SKILL REQUISITE
- Expresses clearly and is an active listener to constructive feedback and instructions
- Eagerness to learn and explore various facets of the job with an enthusiasm to share learning with others
- An enthusiast and fanatic of new-age digital advertising
- Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines
- Must be adept at working in a dynamic team structure
- Willingness to undertake a variety of work not limited to the role/job specifications with an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results
QUALIFICATION
- Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
- Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce/Strategy or Planning will be added honours
