We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Conversational AI Engineer who excels at designing and implementing chat systems using the Kore.ai platform. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in Node.js code and has a robust understanding of other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, and Cognigy. This role is instrumental in revolutionizing our customer interactions through top-tier AI technology.

Requirements
- A Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Expertise in the Kore.ai chatbot platform.
- Proven experience in Node.js, with a good understanding of other programming languages (i.e: Python).
- Firm grasp on cloud-based application deployment.
- Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, natural language processing and associated technologies.
- Extensive experience with other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, Cognigy are an added advantage.
- Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adjust and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
