Role and Responsibilities
- Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
- Create and publish engaging content
- Should have 3yrs of working experience of writing blog content, articles, proof reading for BFSI/Infotech
- Conceptualising the communication for a brand, writing copy for social media and creative campaigns for a brand will be an added advantage
- Should be able to manage content freelancers and in-house writers to meet the content deliverable in near future
- The person will be expected to build his/her own content team in next 12 months time as the requirement grows
- Good at managing priorities and deadlines
- Subject lover and looking for excellence in his work
- S/he should decide headlines, make the content engaging
- S/he Should have the creative chops to conceptualise ideas and concepts - written and video
- Understand data and be able to make data-driven decisions
