We're looking for an experienced Content Marketing Specialist, as part of the product team to drive and produce content. The Content Marketing Specialist will have to experiment with communicating a new financial product to a B2C audience, driving meaningful messaging in novel ways. The writer must learn to catch the pulse of prospective customers, understand their needs and position the company strategically in the market.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form and long-form content for the campaign calendar, including SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, emails, etc.
- Assist in designing content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Assist in Ideating and planning the content calendar for the month and ensure timely execution of the same
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Edit, proofread and improve content
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
- Support the Launch team in drafting online and offline collaterals for B2B events.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
- Follow and implement best practices for content optimisation, such as finding and using relevant keywords, etc
- Work with the relevant teams to develop content marketing ideas to push content to relevant TG.
- Take an active interest in analysing metrics for all published content. Use feedback to improve engagement metrics on social media and campaigns.
