We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Content Marketing Specialist to join our central team, holding the authority of this role and collaborating with other functions to drive our content marketing strategy forward. You will develop and implement a digital content marketing strategy that strengthens our brand's visibility and voice and enhances our reputation in the industry. We are looking for someone with a trustworthy character who embodies integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to join our team.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role at a world-leading management consulting firm, leadership advisory firm, executive search, business school, or similar organisation
- Background experience gained in Creative Agency, PR, Journalism, Higher Academic (Business Schools), Professional Services, or similar
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital content marketing strategy, editorial plan, and campaigns that meet the standards of top management consulting firms
- Create impactful narratives and branding development that optimise visibility, resonate with C-suite audiences, and drive engagement
- Manage digital media presence and create engaging content that reflects the quality and expertise of our firm and showcases our unique value proposition
- Analyse data to inform content decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
- Write high-quality content for various channels and audiences, including thought leadership pieces, research reports, social media posts, and more
- Deliver a monthly newsletter that provides value to our audience and drives engagement
- Collaborate with our central team holding other core functions and leadership to ensure consistency and excellence in all content marketing efforts
Requirements
- Understanding of modern integrated content marketing, social media management, and communications principles
- Brand publisher mindset, analytical and strategic thinking, creativity, and interest in Business, Management, and Future Trends
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and develop a unique brand voice
- Ability to think outside the box, be creative, and come up with innovative ideas to enhance brand recognition
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a can-do attitude, self-discipline, and high-energy
- Well-organised with attention to detail, hands-on, and high-quality standards
- Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree, or relevant work experience required
