You will be part of the core documentation team that innovates, develops, and delivers a
variety of content for internal and external audiences.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and deliver technical training programs to
both internal employees and external customers. You will work closely with subject matter
experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure that our training programs effectively
convey the technical knowledge required to support our products and solutions.
**Must Have**
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Masters degree or certifications in training and development are a plus.
7+ years of experience as a ID and Trainer or similar role, preferably in the defense
or semiconductor or hardware tech industry.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical concepts
and explain them clearly and concisely.
Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Proficiency in using training tools and platforms, such as Learning Management
Systems (LMS), virtual training software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and
multimedia authoring tools - Adobe Captivate.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage
and motivate learners.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Sound knowledge of spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory for this
role. Any other language regional or international is an advantage
Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions.
**Responsibilities**
Develop and deliver technical training programs for Tonbo Imaging products and
systems, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
Collaborate with SMEs and product development teams to gather technical content
and ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
Design and storyboard interactive and engaging learning experiences that promote
knowledge retention and application.
Design and create training materials, including presentations, training manuals,
videos, and hands-on exercises.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements
to existing training programs.
Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences,
including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Ensure all learning materials are consistent with Tonbo Imaging's branding guidelines
and instructional standards.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, equipment setup, and
participant registration.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
mechanisms, making continuous improvements based on results.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to Tonbo
Imaging products and solutions.
Support the development of training content for e-learning platforms and Learning
Management Systems (LMS).
