- Examining patients to diagnose and treat urological conditions, such as bladder and kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate problems, and infertility.
- Ordering and interpreting medical tests, such as blood tests, urine tests, ultrasounds, and CT scans.
- Developing treatment plans that may include medication, surgery, or other therapies.
- Performing surgical procedures to treat urological conditions, such as prostatectomies, cystectomies, and vasectomies.
- Consulting with other healthcare professionals, such as oncologists and radiologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with urological cancers.
